There may only be one story in motorsports this week, the continued fall out of Crash-gate upon Flavio Briatore at Pat Symonds, with Symonds being banned for 5 years from motorsport and Briatore practically given a motorsports restraining order meaning the closest he'll get to racing is the egg and spoon race a school sports day (but even then there will be questions asked if one of the kids falls over). However, elsewhere the world goes on, with NASCAR running the first race in the Chase, Indycar going all the way to Japan to keep Honda happy, and another championship gets decided.
