Nico Rosberg sailed to the top of the Formula One drivers' standings on Sunday after he held off a late assault from Red Bull star Daniel Ricciardo to win the 2016 Singapore Grand Prix.   The Mercedes driver topped the podium to take the overall standings lead from team-mate Lewis Hamilton, who could only manage a third-place finish behind Rosberg and Ricciardo.
