Rumors Circle Bar Racing is still working on filling the empty No. 10 seat in 2010, and no final decision has been made yet whether, or not they close the team.   Tim George Jr. will be making his debut in the series at Phoenix for Richard Childress Racing in the No. 22.   HT Motorsports and Terry Cook have parted ways effective immediately, and Mike Bliss will be his replacement in the No. 25 Toyota at Phoenix. While Cook will finish out the season in the No. 91 MSRP team in the Nationwide Series.   Xpress Motorsports with Brian Scott moving onto the Nationwide Series with Braun Racing in 2010.
