NASCAR: Danica Patrick Practices for the Stater Brothers 300

On Friday, full-time Indy Car driver, part-time NASCAR driver, and new media sensation Danica Patrick appeared at the Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, Calif., to practice for Saturday's Stater Brothers 300 in the NASCAR Nationwide Series.

In the practice sessions—her first at this type of track—she improved from 37th on the speed charts in the first session to 27th in the second.
