NASCAR at Watkins Glen 2014: Live Results and Analysis from Cheez-It 355

AJ Allemendinger wins at Watkins Glen! Watkins Glen was dominated by Jeff Gordon and Marcos Ambrose for the first half of the race. One caution came out early for Cole Whitt who hit the wall around Lap 5, but after Whitt's wreck the race stayed green until Lap 50. Jeff Gordon led a majority of the race early, but Marcos Ambrose was able to get out in front of him after Ambrose went to pit road one lap earlier than Gordon. The two drivers had pulled away from third place, Kurt Busch, by 10 seconds and Watkins Glen quickly turned into a two person race.
