NASCAR at Martinsville 2014: Live Results and Analysis from the Goody’s 500

Dale Jr. wins at Martinsville! Martinsville had several cautions throughout the race as drivers battled tire problems and spinning out. Jamie McMurray led the race early, but Jeff Gordon was the first Chase driver to lead the race and held the lead until Lap 192 when he was caught speeding on pit road. Dale Earnhardt Jr. became the new race leader, but around Lap 215 Joey Logano took the lead. Logano continues to impress in every round of the Chase and was a top driver throughout the race at Martinsville. Other Chase drivers, like Kevin Harvick, weren’t as lucky at Martinsville.
