NASCAR at Homestead Qualifying 2015: Live Results and Leaderboard Updates

Jeff Gordon gave it a heck of a run to finish fifth in qualifying behind pole-winner Denny Hamlin. Hamlin took the pole with a speed of 176.655 MPH in the final round. Hamlin said during the NBC Sports broadcast: Fast car, our car has been fast all day, I've been encouraged. Everything is going good. I'm optimistic we're going to have a good day on Sunday. Ultimately this weekend is about the company. Our goal is to get a championship for JGR and Kyle. Perfect day would be us winning and him finishing second. As for the Chasers, Gordon starts fifth, Kyle Busch third, Martin Truex Jr. 11th and Kevin Harvick 13th.
