Fernando Alonso spent Sunday night in hospital after sustaining a concussion in a crash during the final day of the second Formula One pre-season test.His McLaren left the track at the exit of Turn 3 and hit a wall. Alonso was taken to the Circuit de Catalunya-Barcelona's medical centre before being flown to hospital by helicopter.
