Joey Coulter Scores First ARCA Win, 10th First-Time Winner of the Year

Possibly the most competitive division in all of racing, the diversity of winners continues at Berlin. Joey Coulter scored his first ARCA Series win at Berlin this past Saturday to become the 10th first-time winner this year and 11th different winner of the season. Finishing second on the night was Patrick Sheltra, who led practice earlier in the day. “That was a lot of fun,” Sheltra said in a team press release, after leading 25 laps and collecting his fifth top-five finish of the year. “Congratulations to Joey (Coulter) and his team.
