ARCA Re/Max Series: Prairie Meadows 200 at Iowa Speedway Preview

For the ninth race of the season, the ARCA Re/Max Series hits the .875-mile speedway that was constructed by NASCAR Sprint Cup champion Rusty Wallace. Points leader Patrick Sheltra enters the weekend, 35 markers in front of second place Justin Marks. “I’ve always enjoyed racing at Iowa but we haven’t been able to seal the deal with a finish we could be satisfied with,” Sheltra said in the team preview. “I have a good feeling that the momentum that we’ve enjoyed this season will continue and we can finally find ourselves in contention for a win there.” In three starts at Iowa, the Indiantown, Florida native has one top 10 and an average finish of 14.3.
