Dale Earnhardt Jr. in the No. 3, Kevin Harvick in the Sand

At first take, NASCAR fans got their impossible dream race: Dale Earnhardt Jr. racing the No. 3 Wrangler Chevrolet to victory at Daytona.  It happened this Fourth of July weekend, of course, in the NASCAR Nationwide Subway Jalapeno 250 Powered by Coca-Cola.  Prior to that historic and eventful motorsports moment, Earnhardt Jr. was swamped by media and some lucky fans with pit passes to get images or even a glimpse of him by the No. 3 car. Some close images follow.
