NHRA Summit Racing Southern Nationals Results From Atlanta

The NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series was in Atlanta this weekend at Atlanta Dragway. Top Fuel, Funny Car, Pro Stock and Pro Stock Motorcycle all tried to tackle the hot track in Atlanta for some great drag racing. Larry Dixon scored his fourth win of the season in the final round defeating Brandon Bernstein who went red. Dixon ran a 3.91 at 311.49 to take his Al Anabi Racing Top Fuel dragster to the winner circle again and has control of the Top Fuel Point Standings. A great run for Bernstein in the Copart dragster as they have struggled most of the season and looked to have turned it around in Atlanta. Robert Hight defeated teammate Ashley Force Hood in the Funny Car final scoring back to back wins at St Louis and Atlanta on Sunday. ...
