Congrats to both Ricky Carmichael for winning the Most Popular Driver award and Johnny Sauter for winning the 2009 Raybestos Rookie of the Year honors. Rumors Wyler Racing has laid off most of its employees and has shutdown, possibly just temporarily. Which I don't get since SafeAuto Insurance is signed as their sponsor in 2010 for the No. 60 driven by Stacy Compton and lack about $500,000 for the team to be fully funded. Jamie Jones was released from Circle Bar Racing were he was the crew chief for James Buescher in the No. 10 and has been signed by Turner Motorsports.
